As a conductor, Jonathan has worked on numerous critically acclaimed productions for opera companies and organizations in both Europe and North America, including Theater an der Wien in Vienna, Northern Ireland Opera in Belfast, and Royal Academy Opera in London.

In recital, Jonathan has appeared alongside singers including Aigul Akhmetshina, Dame Felicity Lott, Anush Hovhannisyan, and Claire Barnett-Jones, among others. He has appeared at venues including Wigmore Hall, Alice Tully Hall (Lincoln Center), the Oxford Lieder Festival, and the Leeds Lieder Festival, among others. 

As a vocal coach, Jonathan has prepared singers for performances with companies including: the Royal Opera House, the Metropolitan Opera, Glyndebourne, Dutch National Opera, Bayerisches Staatsoper, and the Opera National de Paris.

Jonathan combines his musical artistry with a desire to enable artists and create great performances & recordings for today's audiences. 

In addition to working as a performer and vocal coach, Jonathan has nearly a decade of experience producing performances and recordings. He began his work in producing as assistant to Producer James Whitbourn of the GRAMMY nominated recording "Annelies", featuring a musical setting of the diary of Anne Frank (composed & produced by James Whitbourn). Since then, Jonathan's work in this field has led him to produce half a dozen recordings of choral music. Further, he has produced performances, educational events, recordings, and broadcasts for various organisations around the world.
